Our holistic wellness centre and vegetarian café is nestled in the beautiful Calder Valley in the heart of West Yorkshire. With a Float Tank, Infrared sauna, two large yoga studios, a bohemian clothes shop, and numerous therapy rooms – you’re sure to find yourself at home at SOUL.

SOUL Café
Our vegetarian café offers healthy and nutritious seasonal food, vegan cakes, bespoke lattes, cacao, coffee, and a wide selection of teas, alcohol free drinks and speciality mocktails.

The Amethyst Room
Experience the healing power and detoxification magic of our MediCrystal Bio-stimulation Amethyst Far Infrared Mat. Combining ancient knowledge with modern FIR, & PEMF technology.
SOUL Shops
We have one bespoke bohemian clothes shop selling a wide selection of women and mens clothing, crystals, and jewellery. A wonderful dreadlocks hairdresser. Plus more space to rent.

A Journey Begins…
SOUL Wellness C.I.C. was founded by James Dearden Bush & Rae Frost in 2023, as a non-profit organisation. We took on a beautiful former Methodist Church in Sowerby Bridge and opened SOUL Wellness Hub & Café to the public in September 2023. Our three-story sanctuary is a haven for those seeking nourishment for the mind, body, and soul. From transformative workshops, and ceremonies, to soothing sauna and floatation tank sessions, deliciously nutritious meals, and a vibrant community of like-hearted souls, SOUL has something to offer everyone. Discover the true essence of your soul as you open to a life of balance, vitality and joy.

One sensory deprivation session per month in our epsom salt float tank, plus unlimited use of our infra red sauna.
